Felix and Amalia Tulbure have been in healthcare for over 15 years combined. Felix is a certified caregiver and the Assistant Manager ready to help in any day-to-day needs. Amalia is a Family Nurse Practitioner and the Assisted Living Facility Manager. She is also available as a Primary Care Provider for the residents and can provide as needed and urgent medical care.
